4/JG54 Me109E-4 Wn.6072 White 6+ On a free-lance patrol pilot was just getting into a position to attack a
Hurricane, when his aircraft was rammed by Lt Rudolf Ziegler’s aircraft which cut off the tail and he baled out at nearly 20,000
ft. Ff: Oblt Hans Rath – PoW. Aircraft crashed at Fickleshole Farm, Chelsham, Surrey.
